A 900-meter wide land in RW 07, Taman Ruko Jaya Molek, Jalan Krekot Jaya, Pasar Baru Urban Village, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta will be proposed to be Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA).
The location is very suitable to be RPTRA
Sawah Besar Sub-District Head, Martua Sitorus stated that currently, the proposal is hampered as there is still no hand over from developer to Central Jakarta Administration.

"But eventually it'll be through the local RW accompanied by city's assets agency, so that it could be proposed soon," he stated, Thursday (10/22).
After the handover conducted, the access road will also be repaired. RW's office building and community protection (Linmas) located in the middle of the park will be shifted to the back side.
"Illegal buildings used as canteen will be demolished, the location is very suitable to be RPTRA as it's in the middle of residential," he expressed.
